Following the success of last year's sold-out Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, Philadelphia and Broadway stars join together once again for a one-night-only concert reading.
Welcome to Heartsville High, where the captain of the chess team is a sex symbol, the quarterback is a nerd, and everyone is gay!—well, almost everyone. Enter Zanna, a magical, musical, fairy who with a wave of his wand makes sure that everyone in town falls in love, even if it comes at a cost. With soaring pop-tunes and unyielding optimism, the New York Times noted, "something about its pure, sugary hopefulness satisfies a sweet tooth that many of us may have forgotten." Come fall in love with Zanna Don't this summer at Theatre Horizon.
We want to encourage more people to come and see unique and conversation-generating works at Theatre Horizon, more often. Pay What You Decide not only allows you to pay what you can afford, rather than a fixed ticket price, but also removes the financial risk of buying a ticket for a show in advance without knowing whether or not you will enjoy it.
As always, tickets* will be available to book in advance, but now there is no obligation for you to pay until after you have seen the show. You can then decide on a price which you think is suitable based on your experience, which means if you haven’t enjoyed it at all, you don’t have to pay anything.
All money collected will help Theatre Horizon pay for the art that you see onstage, and we therefore hope you will give generously. Please ensure you have arrived and collected your tickets 15 minutes before the show starts in order to secure your seats. At the end of the show, you can decide what to pay, either by cash at the door or by card at the Box Office.
*Online limit of two tickets per person. For groups larger than two, please call the box office.
Theatre Horizon’s 42nd and Main Concert Series will be priced on a Pay What You Decide basis, which means you don’t pay until after you have seen the show!On Sale May 30, 2017
Theatre Horizon accepts cash, check and all major credit cards.
