Subscribers can exchange tickets within a production as many times as they need to for free, even if you miss your performance! Just call the box office or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
One of the best aspects of a Theatre Horizon subscription is the flexibility. If you’re not interested in one of the shows being offered, there are still five more to choose from! You can also gift your tickets to a friend or family member—just reserve the tickets yourself or have them do it and they can pick up tickets under your name, no questions asked. And while Theatre Horizon would not be able to offer a refund, you can convert tickets you aren’t using into a tax-deductible donation. Choose the option that works best for you.
