tick, tick…BOOM! is a semi-autobiographical rock musical by Jonathan Larson, the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning creator of the worldwide phenomenon Rent. On his 30th birthday, a Musical Theater Composer (played by Broadway’s Robi Hager) navigates love, friendship, and everything in between, to achieve his big break. Co-Directors Robi Hager and Steve Pacek will re-imagine this life-affirming story about the pressures of being an artist and the joys of creative fulfillment.
tick, tick…BOOM! was originally produced off-Broadway in June 2001, by Victoria Leacock, Robyn Goodman, Dede Harris, Lorie Cowen Levy, Beth Smith
tick, tick…BOOM! is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). All authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI. www.mtishows.com
Our Reimagined Ticket Model
Pick the price that's right for you!- With four price tiers—$25, $40, $60, and $85—you can pick the price that’s right for you! If you can, consider paying-it-forward to cover the cost for someone else to attend. The true cost of a ticket for this production is $72.27.
- In keeping with our committment to transparency, we acknowledge that tickets for tick, tick…BOOM are $10 more than the other productions in our season. This is because the costs of producing a musical are significantly greater than the costs of producing a play or limited engagement event.
