Masks and Vaccine Requirement
In order to protect the health and safety of our patrons, community members, and artists, we join Philadelphia Regional Theatres in requiring audiences to be fully vaccinated and masked throughout all upcoming performances.
Audience members with a ticket must show proof of full vaccination, along with photo ID, when they enter our space. Accepted forms for proof of vaccination include any of the following in combination with a valid photo ID:
- Electronic Copy
- Through the Bindle App
Guests under the age of 12 do not need proof of vaccination but will still be required to wear masks. If you are unvaccinated for health or religious reasons, please email Ticket@TheatreHorizon.org to discuss other options for entrance to the performance.
Flexible Exchange and Refund Policy
We have adopted a flexible refund and exchange policy until further notice for those who are unable to attend due to COVID-related reasons.
Additional Safety Measures
Theatre Horizon is following all CDC, state, and county requirements in regards to COVID-19. We have updated our air ventilation system, using MERV-13 filters. Our lobby has multiple sanitizing stations and our space will be cleaned thoroughly after each performance.
We ask patrons who are feeling unwell, experiencing any COVID-related symptoms, or who have come into contact with someone who has COVID-19 up to 14 days before a performance, to stay home.
All Theatre Horizon staff members, performers, volunteers and crew members are vaccinated and will also be masked. Performers will be unmasked while performing.
Multiple staff members have received Theatre Production and Patron Safety COO Certificates as well as COVID Safety Training. They are responsible for upholding our safety protocols during performances.
Protocols are subject to change based on current regulations and CDC recommendations or requirements.
No Food or Drink
As a further safety precaution, we will not be allowing food or drink in either the lobby or theater space at this time. We will be forgoing concessions and our BYOB Lobby until further notice.
