Artistic Director

Theatre Horizon is looking for its next Artistic Director! 

We’re entering an important new chapter, and we’re seeking a collaborative, visionary Artistic Director to help lead the next chapter of our artistic programming.

Working closely with the Executive Director, the Artistic Director will shape Theatre Horizon’s artistic offerings, season programming, and production culture while strengthening relationships with artists, audiences, donors, and community partners. This role is ideal for a highly organized, relationship-oriented theatre professional who believes in the transformative power of storytelling.

Teaching Artists

We are always looking for enthusiastic, experienced, fun-loving teachers to bring drama to children’s lives. We have year-round drama programs, a variety of summer drama camps, and an autism drama outreach program. Please send a cover letter and a resume that details your relevant teaching experience to Seraina Schottland, Education Manager, at Sydney@TheatreHorizon.org.

Volunteer

We are always looking to recruit ushers and volunteers to assist at the theater and administrative offices.

Sign up to be an Usher and/or Volunteer

Usher for one of our shows or donate your time to a special event or administrative project. Ushers and volunteers are usually able to attend a performance for free and do not have to work for more than a few hours. You can sign up to volunteer for usher shifts here.

Casting

Each season we look for the region’s finest equity and non-equity actors to bring our shows to life.
